Diving in Indonesia…
The republic of Indonesia forms the largest archipelago in the world: with over 17,500 islands, many of which are considered top world-class dive spots. Among the most well known islands are Sumatra, Java, Bali, Kalimantan (formerly Borneo), Sulawesi (formerly Celebes), the Maluku Islands (better known as Moluccas: the original Spice Islands), and Papua.
Indonesia is one of the world’s greatest areas for marine biodiversity. It contains 10-15% of the world’s coral reefs and a huge variety of marine species; from the smallest critters to the largest pelagic. The area is well-known for its macro life and species are still being discovered!
The diversity of corals and animals is, beyond doubt, some of the best in the world and a diving trip to Indonesia will be one you never forget.
Diving in Philippines…
Below sea level, the Philippines boasts some of the world’s best diving and snorkelling. The 7000 coral-fringed islands are surrounded by deep blue seas that contain some of the richest marine life on Earth. Thought by many to be the apex of the coral triangle, diving in the Philippines offers you a wide variety of marine environments to choose from. Dives on steep walls and offshore pinnacles, critter hunting in coastal reefs, wreck diving a sunken Japanese fleet and the opportunity to get up close to the World’s largest fish – the whale shark on our Southern Leyte itinerary. We offer four distinct itineraries (with varying lengths) to the islands and dive sites of the Philippines that will whet the appetite of even the most seasoned diver.
